ADI - Your small business source for innovation
Our Company Story
ADI began work in 2000 as a custom software shop. Since that time ADI has completed systems that run a wide variety of project types including but not limited to:
Visual Recognition/Image Analysis
Robotic Control Systems
Automation Control Systems
Non-destructive Testing
Business Process / Compliance / Cash Flow
Today, many ERP solutions are hyper-focused on cloud deployment of operational tasks — a shift with a learning curve and budget demands that can overwhelm SMBs. This type of ERP is not in the office and requires an Internet connection as long as anyone is doing in office work. In some areas, this can be a problem due to intermittent loss of Internet connections. This approach also entails greater risk due to exposure of sensitive company data, such as cost of inventory, cost of production, inventory sources, and customer lists including contact information.
Accelerated Design describes itself as being counter-disruptive through its ADI Profile ES® solutions that provide affordable in-house control of data and business processes while avoiding cloud deployment of information to third-party sources. ADI has taken its years of custom development and applied this to the robust multi-featured Profile ES ERP. It is considered an Enterprise as a Service (EaaS) since it places all Infrastructure Software and Platforms all under one connected system.
ADI offers three models that can be affordably adapted to the client-server LAN model familiar to so many SMBs. These are:
Profile ES ERP EaaS priced as a Service
Customized Profile ES ERP priced as a Licensed product
ADI Custom Systems
ADI's core development model connects in-house, mobile, and web applications for access by all employees on and off-site and across departments. This model is core to their Profile ES® which also provides security, continuous data/file backup, and catastrophic recovery as well as advanced enterprise applications and access to managed cloud platforms. It is integral to Customized Profile ES ERP and those same technologies can be included in any ADI Custom System.
Five points sum up ADI's motivation for focusing on small to medium-sized businesses:
Entrepreneurship should be encouraged because it’s good for class mobility.
Free markets benefit everyone as long as no one business is politically favored over another.
Level competition creates better prices, products, and consumer services.
SMBs are based on personal service and are best at knowing what their customers need.
SMBs need affordable enterprise solutions. Unlike large corporations, they don’t have deep pockets for advanced in-house digital systems.
Since the first year of existence, the teams at ADI have donated their time and development skills to a local 501(c)(3) based in Douglasville, Georgia. Life Renewed, which has numerous ministries for the heroes of our cities and counties and for their families nationwide. Operation Not Forgotten and Code Blue Communities are two of Life Renewed's current ministries. Part of Life Renewed's work is to help veterans and other people recovering from trauma to improve quality of life through detailed written programs (not software programs) life coaching and the "Quality of Life Assessment™" software that provides ongoing analysis of individual progress quickly and easily. ADI has been the development team that developed the QOLA software as well as developed and supported all of the websites referencing these specialty communities.
