Enterprise - New version - 3.1.11

This latest version has added two new functions.
A new convenient invoice lookup that is used for research during the posting of Client Payments, A02. A button is present on the first payment posting window. This allows easy confirmation of invoices and client identities at the time of posting those payments.
To give Credit Memo / Invoice functionality a section was added, A34. Now have full access to your company's credit memo management and the related notes.

Enterprise - New Version Release 3.1

Additional functionality added to enhance printer previews for all reports. Allows the encapsulation of reports into Word Documents as a form of electronic delivery and to allow the direct email delivery of reports from the Print Previewer. Enhancement are primarily for the electronic delivery of client invoices and vendor purchase orders. FAX printers have always been an option within our Print Previewer but heretofore required that decision to be made prior to running the report. With this full upgrade of the Print Previewer we have moved all decisions for report delivery to the Print Previewer.

Accelerated Maintenance Gold Release

Accelerated Design announced today the Gold Version release of Accelerated Maintenance. It is a full featured CMMS application. The version is available for download. It is limited by a 60 day site license. See the information concerning Accelerated Maintenance for further details.

Enterprise Version 2.1 Released
|
Additional functionality is prime in this new release of Enterprise. All reports, including statements, invoices and financials can now be saved as a MS Word document, sent attached to an email from the program and printed. Added to the multi copies and to the selective page print this makes Enterprise stand out amoung it's competitors. Of course all reports can be sent via Fax if a Fax is installed on the client computer as a printer choice.
Letters in MS Word from the customer and customer contact records. Email sent from the customer and the customer contacts records as well.
