One Local licensed version will provide up to five seats on a fully networked system using the profile ES™ Local licensed version. Using the Local licensed version you may also have Microsoft's Remote Access™ for users that are out of the office. You can add more licenses of the Local version in blocks of five as you might require. The need for multiple offices and web services for your customers, sales people and vendors would make it advantageous to sign up for the profile ES™ Advanced serviced version.
